Velly Cekiso is the co-founder of the Deeto Sessions collective. Having always been attracted to the darker side of the art, his sets can be described as raw, mental, and atmospheric. He aims to delivers sets which hold the dance floor in a consistent state of tension and has frequented many of South Africa’s top club nights and festivals. The Deeto Sessions collective purses an agenda of advancing underground music at venues all over Cape Town and have welcomed an array of like-minded selectors to their fold.
